The Sanctuary offers 5 mid-rise condo buildings making 72 condos that range between 1,300 and 2,050 square feet. The amenities at the Sanctuary include a resort community pool, spa, gathering area.
Many of the mid-rise condos have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club. The only worry you might have is deciding what you want to do for the day.
The Sanctuary at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 3 time per year with a 1 month minimum on stays.
There are no pets allowed at this neighborhood.
