The living area of these homes range between 2,500 to 3,700 square feet. some with an attached garage. The Crescent at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 2 time per year with a 3 month minimum on stays. Owners at the Crescent are allowed to own up to 2 pets but pets must meet the height and weight requirements.
