The Avalon in Pelican Bay is one of the most beautiful coach home neighborhoods with lake and preserve views. The living area of these homes range between 1,300 to 2,000 square feet. There are some units in Avalon that are carriage homes with attached one car garages while others units offer one assigned parking space for each unit owner. There are amazing amenities at Avalon include a gated entry, resort community pool, spa, clubhouse and gathering area.
Many of the coach homes and carriage homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club. The only worry you might have is deciding what you want to do for the day.
Avalon at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 1 time per year with a 1 month minimum on stays.
Owners at the Avalon are allowed to have one house pets but dogs are restricted to a size restriction. (25 lbs)
