L’Ambiance Coach Homes at Pelican Bay Naples Florida
L’Ambiance in Pelican Bay is one of the newer, most beautiful French Mediterranean style coach home neighborhoods with lake views. There are 24 building that make up 118 coach homes at L’Ambiance. The living area of these homes range between 1,400 to 2,100 square feet. An attached one car garage is included with each residence. The amenities at L’Ambiance include a resort community pool, clubhouse and lush tropical landscaping.
Many of the coach homes and carriage homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club. The only worry you might have is deciding what you want to do for the day.
L’Ambiance at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 3 times per year with a 1 month minimum on stays.
Owners at the L’Ambiance are allowed to have one house pet but dogs are restricted to a size restriction.
