Willow Brook is one of the newer, most beautiful coach home neighborhoods in Pelican Bay. There are 112 coach homes, all with lake or preserve views. The living area of these homes range between 1,400 to 1,900 square feet with covered parking. The amenities at Willow Brook at Pelican Bay include a resort community pool, clubhouse and spa.
Many of the coach homes and carriage homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club. The only worry you might have is deciding what you want to do for the day.
Willow Brook at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 3 times per year with a 1 month minimum on stays. Owners at the Willow Brook are allowed to have house pets but dogs are restricted to a liberal size restriction.
