St. Vincent’s at Crown Colony is one of the original beautiful coach home condos built in 1989. There are three building that offer 28 coach homes that range from 2,360 to 1,820 square foot in living area with private entries and reserved covered parking.
Ownership includes beautiful nature views and a resort swimming pool. If you are a beach lover, this neighborhood is located just a stones through to the beach tram. Purchasing a coach home in Crown Colony is very affordable at St. Vincents.
Many of the condo homes and carriage homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club.
St. Vincent’s at Crown Colony owners are allowed to lease their condos 3 time per year with a 1 month minimum on stays. Owners at St. Vincent’s cannot have pets.
