The Pointe at Pelican Bay is one of the newer, most beautiful gated neighborhoods with lake and preserve views. The living area of these homes range between 2,000 to 2,700 square feet. An attached two car garage is included with each residence. The amenities at The Pointe at Pelican Bay include a resort community pool, clubhouse and fitness center.
Many of the coach homes and carriage homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club. The only worry you might have is deciding what you want to do for the day.
The Pointe at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos 1 time per year with a 3 month minimum on stays.
Owners at the The Pointe are allowed to have house pets but dogs are restricted to a liberal size restriction.
