The Crescent at Pelican Bay Naples Florida
The Crescent in Pelican Bay is comprised of both mid-rise condos and coach homes with lake and golf course views. Coach Homes in The Crescent offer two car garages with every residence. The coach home condo’s floor plan size range between 2,400 to 2,700 square feet with private entries. There are added amenities at the Crescent including a resort community pool, spa, gated entry and community center.
Many of the coach homes have their own associations along side the master Club Pelican Bay association. This is like having a private club within a private club.
Crescent at Pelican Bay owners are allowed to lease their condos twice per year with a 3 month minimum on stays. Owners at the Crescent can have 2 pets with a 25 lb maximum weight restriction.
